Captain Jefferies is the 2023 winner of the Michael O. Randolph Scholarship in partnership with Waldorf University. Waldorf University is a valued partner of the Black Chief Officers Committee. The annual scholarship is presented to a member that exudes excellence in their professional and personal life.
